The United Nations<\/strong> announced in November 2022 that it will reach the threshold of 8 billion<\/strong> people on earth<\/strong>. There is a clear need<\/strong> to build <\/strong>efficiently and quickly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can mention two aspects<\/strong> that are increasingly prevalent in the construction world<\/strong> that enable this need to be met: construction solutions <\/strong>and digitization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industry experts<\/strong> say that today's building solutions<\/strong> must follow<\/strong> the principle of DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly<\/strong>). This is a fundamentally different approach to building and the built environment than the traditional approach based on manufacture and assembly<\/strong>; and it starts with design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This method can reduce labor<\/strong> and potentially automate<\/strong> the construction process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digitization<\/strong> is a key step<\/strong> in designing in an integrated and valid way. Useful information<\/strong> at every stage of design<\/strong>, from architectural to structural, from plant engineering to energy and management, is present in a single model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
