Quality, or rather the failure of quality, is one of the most important issues facing the construction industry today.
While many companies are committed to achieving good quality in the buildings and infrastructure that they create, recent events have highlighted that, as an industry, we are failing to consistently deliver the standards of quality that people have a right to expect. The underlying causes of these failures is something that we are only now beginning to understand.
