In order to achieve the primary objective of ensuring health and safety of employees on the construction site, the construction world has realised what are the restrictions and working conditions brought by new rules and procedures related to social distancing.

From on-site to off-site construction

From the design to the construction phase, the greatest challenge is related to physical distancing on the working site. To address this topic, one solution consists in the transition from a traditional on-site way of building to off-site construction.
